Ohio Baby Shower
So we have some wonderfully sweet family up in Ohio; Brian's mom Becky was kind enough to throw a baby shower in our honor even though we could not come up there. It was such a nice gesture and it looks like they had all too much fun.
Brian's little sister Mary played me, she had a pillow stuffed in her shirt... I found this hilarious, what a fun idea. From the looks of it she did a great job and looked adorable. They did it all; had cake, played games, signed a photo frame, opened gifts and wrote advice and well wishes for Brian and I and Jeff filmed it all for us. When it was all done Becky packed up and mailed us 3 big boxes of gifts and even included a cute baby shower memories book complete with guest lists, memorable moments and pictures.
I was so excited to get the packages in the mail... there is nothing like getting mail :) but I waited for Brian to get home before I opened them up. We received so much from everyone including lots and lots of adorable clothes! Below I have uploaded the pictures form the book... the 1st half were scanned but unfortunately my scanner started acting up so I just took pictures of the rest of the book, sorry if they are hard to see.

Here are some of the decorations and the cake. And that is Mary getting comfortable with her "belly" :)

Everyone watching Mary open gifts
Looks like the girls all wanted to sit on Jeff's lap lol

Opening gifts and the "camera man" lol
These are from Brian's uncle and aunt Ron and Judy. I should have done a close up of the outfits but the left is a cute cute cute set with a safari theme and the right is a onesie and pant set, the onsie has little animals all over it. They also got us a big baby care book, which I know I'll probably refer to everyday after Brian is born and a cute scrapbook!
These are from Brian's parents... so much from Grandma and Grandpa! Lots of "I love daddy stuff" which Brian likes plus I love the "poop on Michigan" shirt lol Also the cuddly blanket will be coming with us to the hospital, its perfect.
And these are from Aunt Rosie, who has given us so much already! I think the Ohio State bib will be the official "daddy" bib for when Brian is feeding him. And of course Brian loves the Browns outfit (pretty darn sute I must admit) and the Ohio's smallest fan onsie, and I favcr the Cowboys onesie of course :) Also we love the "major cutie" camo outfit and the red and blue polo outfit ( this is one that I wasn't sure if it was from Rosie or Grandma and Grandpa??)

As I said before we recieved so much from everyone and we are so grateful, I decided to feature all the adorable outfits baby Brian got, he's going to be so well dressed!
*please forgive me if I mix up some of the outfits and who they were from, there were two I wasn't sure who gave them to us :)
And this one I must say is probably
my favorite, its just so soft and so cute with little bear ears and paw prints on the feet, I just hope it gets cold enough to put him in it! I think its from either Grandma and Grandpa or Rosie, but whoever it is I love it!

Thank you so much to Becky for hosting the shower and everyone who attended and sent gifts, I cannot wait for Brian to come and put everything to use! Also a special thanks to Brian's Grandma who sent us cash, it's totally going to go to good use!
YOu got it right, those 2 were from me. The bear suit is from me :) You will just have to bring little Brian to OH so he can wear it. :)
